1. What software/programs are required on my computer?

Your computer will need to have the following to take this course:

  • Any one of the following free internet browsers:

    Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or higher - Download (Recommended)
    Internet Explorer (6.0 minimum) - Download
    Safari 3 - Download
    Netscape (7.2 minimum) - Download

  • Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled:

  • It is recommended that you do not use other browsers such as the AOL internet browser. You can still take our course if you use a dial-up service or AOL internet service; just use another browser like Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox to take the course.

2. Can I take the course from other computers?

Yes, you can take this course from any computer after you sign-up and have your UserID and Password. The computer should have an internet connection and meet the system requirements mentioned in #1.

3. Does this course work on a Mac computer?

Absolutely. You can take this course from a Macintosh. Please use the latest version of Mozilla Firefox or Safari.

4. Would this course work on a dial-up connection?

Dial-up connection is just fine for taking this course. However, the site may appear slower and the movies may take longer to load.
